Our pūkenga manaaki (whānau navigators) are useful to talk to.
They can help improve your health outcomes by providing:
help to access the most appropriate medical and healthcare facilities
a smooth (as possible) transition between services
transport when you need it
culturally-appropriate support and advocacy
relevant health education
links and consultation between whānau, community and service agencies

A noho pakari class is a gentle ‘sit and be fit’ session using mostly seated, low‑impact movements (and some optional standing work) to help people, especially older adults, stay mobile, strong, and independent.
