We are seeking a Mana Tangata Nursing Team Lead to provide leadership to our kaimahi delivering hauora services from our hub in Wairau.
Responsible for:Providing inspirational leadership to a dedicated team of nurses.
Ensuring whānau receive safe, effective, and holistic care.
Coordinating referrals, maintain clinical oversight, and lead multidisciplinary hui.
Strengthening service integration and improve outcomes for whānau by working closely with iwi, Te Whatu Ora, and other relevant partners.
Mōu | About you
To be effective in this role our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Experience in leading high performing teams and influencing Hauora outcomes.
Experience working with culturally based communities and diverse stakeholders.
Current registration as a health professional (e.g., RN or clinician)
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and team development skills
Commitment to cultural safety, continuous learning, and wellbeing

We’re seeking a registered Child and Adolescent Mental Health Clinician to provide culturally responsive, evidence based support to tamariki, rangatahi, and their whānau.
This role provides specialised assessment, therapeutic intervention, and support for tamariki and rangatahi experiencing mental health and emotional wellbeing challenges, alongside their whānau.
Mou | About you
You will work in a collaborative, culturally grounded environment that values clinical excellence, cultural safety, and mana enhancing practice and ideally you will bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification in health or allied health
Current professional registration as a mental health practitioner
Strong clinical knowledge of child and adolescent mental health
Experience or commitment to working within kaupapa Māori and whānau centred models
Confidence working with complex presentations and diverse communities
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and ethical practice
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across agencies
A full driver’s licence and ability to travel within the rohe

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician / Te Ata Puāo Pūkenga Hauora Hinengaro to support Tangata Whaiora and their whānau experiencing mild to moderate distress. You will provide a blend of Māori health practices and evidence based clinical interventions, supporting whānau with holistic assessments, safety planning, therapeutic interventions, cultural korowai, and whānau ora planning.
This Wairau based role works as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting clinical and cultural practice, whānau advocacy, care coordination, and service delivery across our rohe.

We are looking for someone who brings:
A relevant tertiary qualification in health or allied health
Current professional registration as a mental health practitioner
Strong clinical knowledge of mental health conditions and interventions
Commitment to kaupapa Māori approaches and whānau centred practice

We are seeking two passionate Registered Nurses to join our Wairau (Blenheim) team. These are community-based roles where your mahi genuinely makes a difference in the everyday lives of whānau.

Completing comprehensive health assessments and developing whānau-centred care plans

Collaborating with whānau, hapū, iwi, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes
