We are seeking a Mana Tangata Nursing Team Lead to provide leadership to our kaimahi delivering hauora services from our hub in Wairau.
Responsible for:
Providing inspirational leadership to a dedicated team of nurses.
Ensuring whānau receive safe, effective, and holistic care.
Coordinating referrals, maintain clinical oversight, and lead multidisciplinary hui.
Strengthening service integration and improve outcomes for whānau by working closely with iwi, Te Whatu Ora, and other relevant partners.

To be effective in this role our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Experience in leading high performing teams and influencing Hauora outcomes.
Experience working with culturally based communities and diverse stakeholders.
Current registration as a health professional (e.g., RN or clinician)
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and team development skills
Commitment to cultural safety, continuous learning, and wellbeing
