Te Piki Oranga’s Tumuaki/General Manager Anne Hobby says, “It’s important to us that accessing our services is easy – for health providers wanting to refer whānau, as well as whānau wanting to self-refer. The online referral form goes directly to the clinic/hub that whānau prefer and they will get in touch within 72 hours. People can also print referral forms and send them to us, but we’ve had feedback that the online system will be the easiest way for most people to access our services.”
